Datalogic MEMOR 12 EaseOfCare Flexi 10 Days Comprehensive 5 Years is a five-year Datalogic EaseOfCare service agreement and comprehensive warranty extension for the Datalogic Memor 12 mobile computer. The Flexi Comprehensive plan covers factory defects, accidental damage and other covered defects occurring during or outside the standard warranty period. Abuse is excluded.
The service provides a repair turnaround of up to 10 working days, calculated from the date the device is shipped to a Datalogic repair centre. One-way ground shipment and return are included in the Flexi Comprehensive plan. Repair requests can be created and tracked through Datalogic’s WebRMA tool.
The agreement also includes Datalogic Shield software and security updates for supported Android mobile computers. Battery replacement or maintenance is not inherently included as a standard feature of this SKU and may be available as an optional or separately configured service. If a replacement or swap unit is used, it may be new or certified like-new, depending on the service arrangement.
