Zebra OneCare Essential is a five-year manufacturer-backed service contract for compatible Zebra TC72XX mobile computers. The plan includes comprehensive protection, technical support, repair services, software maintenance, security updates, expedited device collection and web-based service visibility.
The service covers parts and labor, device repairs, accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Repairs are handled through a pick-up and return service with a target turnaround time of three business days, approximately 72 hours. The electronic service entitlement must be associated with eligible Zebra hardware; no physical hardware is supplied.
